Picture this: a dark room with a night club feel filled with bikes, a wildly fun instructor, bumpin’ music, and up to 600 calories burned.
Sounds awesome right?
Spinning is one of our most popular class options. Enjoy a 45-minute ride on a stationary bike with a weighted wheel. Spinning is low impact on your knees and your back and is an incredible way to tone your lower body and develop a stronger core. The best part is the whole ride is choreographed to music and you burn up to 600 calories! First class? Be sure to arrive 15 minutes ahead of time so your instructor can get you comfortably set up on your bike and go over the Spinning guidelines with you!
