Personal Training

A great way to evaluate your current fitness level, including measurements that help determine your physical fitness. No matter your starting point, our team of certified and experienced trainers will make your fitness their priority as your personalized fitness partner. We match you with the trainer best equipped to help you meet your specific goals and preferences. Want to shed a few pounds? Coming back from an injury? Want to get stronger or leaner? Looking for a jumpstart? You will be in great hands with our trainers.

Bonus: Every membership at Total Health Club includes a complimentary one-hour fitness evaluation with our Personal Training Director! During your free hour you will learn your current body fat percentage and talk about your goal body fat percentage and how to get there. You will also discuss your personal fitness goals and limitations and learn successful ways to overcome them. Whether you want to gain muscle or simply tone up and lose a few pounds…we have you covered! During this complimentary hour you will also be put through a strength training workout so you can see what personal training is about! Semi-Private Group Training

Semi-Private Training is essentially small group personal training. Our certified personal trainers ensure you are getting the most out of every workout through hands-on demonstration and progression. Semi-Private training is limited to a MAX of 4 participants ensuring you will reach all of your fitness goals efficiently. Members will be primarily focused on building a strength training routine and will build a camaraderie of support through other members in their group. Each workout is personalized to the member’s abilities, unique health history, physical needs, and short-term and long-term goals.

Cardio

A Total Health Club we offer a variety of cardio equipment to get your heart pumping all while burning a ton of calories. There are no time limits or sign up sheets for our cardio equipment. Simply bring in your headphones and some upbeat music, zone out, and enjoy your workout!

Free Weights

Our free weight area offers a mix of the latest functional, Olympic, free weight and cable equipment designed to maximize your training. Our dumbbells go from 2-80 pounds to provide a fun, upbeat, and non-intimidating environment. Whether you are a body builder or new to strength training, we have everything you will need!

Our featured free weight equipment includes:

Circuit Equipment laid out by muscle group (all circuit equipment has easy to read instructions and adjustments. These machines will be great for someone who is just getting started on a strength training program!).
Cable Crossovers machines with multiple attachments for full body workouts
Smith Machines
Squat Racks
Olympic Platforms and benches
Kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls
A variety of incline, decline, and flat benches
Plate loaded equipment (pile as many plates on as you need!)

 

Group Classes

One of the best features Total Health Club offers is our variety of classes taught by nationally certified fitness instructors. Most classes are small group classes where you will get individualized attention and all classes are able to be modified to your needs. Enjoy working out with a fun group of people all while knowing you are achieving great form to promise the best results! Indoor Cycling

Picture this: a dark room with a night club feel filled with bikes, a wildly fun instructor, bumpin’ music, and up to 600 calories burned.

Sounds awesome right?

Indoor Cycling is one of our most popular class options. Enjoy a 45-minute ride on a stationary bike with a weighted wheel. Indoor Cycling is low impact on your knees and your back and is an incredible way to tone your lower body and develop a stronger core. The best part is the whole ride is choreographed to music and you burn up to 600 calories! First class? Be sure to arrive 15 minutes ahead of time so your instructor can get you comfortably set up on your bike and go over the Indoor Cycling guidelines with you!
